WELCOME to the New York City Soccer League(NYCSL), which serves as the NSL Eastern Conference. Founded in 1995, the NYCSL is a sports association for teams, clubs, and developing academies, promoting both Youth and Amateur competition, and is part of a national network of the National Soccer Leagues (NSL), representing as the Eastern Conference of NSL.
THE NYCSL VISION is to establish opportunities for our member leagues, and for their respective members, to work together in establishing National Soccer Leagues. We’ll also be working to improve all aspects of our league, and create new programs, including providing courses for coaches so that we can continually improve our teams, and offer the best experience!

Members remain in good standing by being up to date with all fees and registrations associated with league membership dues and costs, which includes:
- Team Fees
- Referee Youth fees
- Referee Adult fees
- Player Passes both youth and adult
- Tournament fees.

Local League Competition (Member NSL Leagues)
Local (Team) Member Tournaments
All Local or National League Competition qualifies your team to qualify for the Men’s Open Cup. Men’s Amateur Team must participate a full season in New York City Soccer League or other active NSL Member League to qualify. Roster must have original members who participate in majority of regular season play.
The New York City Soccer League (NYCSL) is a member of US Soccer through United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA). NYCSL also is a part of the network of Associated Leagues that form the National Soccer

Code of Conduct
Members are to adhere to courtesy to each other, including opponents, referees, team mates, coaches and fans. The league follows FIFA Rules.
